This is a good recipe for anyone looking to get a taste of healthy servings. Kale and broccoli contains lots of fibers and is on the top of any checklist when eating healthy. There’s no Garlic in the recipe, but I’d recommend throwing in some garlic early on for some added flavors.
1. In a hot pan, add olive oil, broccoli florets, chopped kale and salt.
