I had one and boy, it was hard to eat but so satisfying. I ended up using forks and knives to help me eat the whole burger.

Via Wikipedia – In-N-Out Burger is an American regional chain of fast food restaurants with locations primarily in the American Southwest and Pacific coast. It was founded in Baldwin Park, California in 1948 by Harry Snyder and Esther Snyder. The chain is currently headquartered in Irvine, California and has slowly expanded outside Southern California into the rest of California, as well as into Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Alabama. The current owner is Lynsi Snyder, the Snyders’ only grandchild.

As the chain has expanded, it has opened several distribution centers in addition to its original Baldwin Park location. The new facilities, located in Lathrop, California; Phoenix, Arizona; Draper, Utah; and Dallas, Texas will provide for potential future expansion into other parts of the country.

In-N-Out Burger has resisted franchising its operations or going public; one reason is the prospect of quality or customer consistency being compromised by excessively rapid business growth. The company’s business practices have been noted for employee-centered personnel policies. For example, In-N-Out is one of the few fast food chains in the United States to pay its employees more than state and federally mandated minimum wage guidelines – starting at US$11 per hour in California, as of May 2017. The In-N-Out restaurant chain has developed a highly loyal customer base, and has been rated as one of the top fast food restaurants in several customer satisfaction surveys.

The 3×3 Burger is similar to the double double off the menu, however, instead of double the meat, you’re getting 3 beef patties and 3 pieces of cheese. To order the 3×3, just ask the server for a 3 by 3. They’ll know what you mean.

Photo: Burger King

According to Wikipedia – “A BLT is a type of sandwich, named for the initials of its primary ingredients, bacon, lettuce and tomato. It can be made with varying recipes according to personal preference. Simple variants include using different types of lettuce, toasting or not, or adding mayonnaise.”

Well at Burger King, you can order off the secret menu and ask for a BK BLT. It’s simply a Whopper or Whopper Jr. with Bacon added to it.

We love In N Out’s fries as they’re always freshly fried and tasty. Did you know you can ask them to customize your fries too? There are a few fries options out there on In N Out’s secret menu.

The photo above is Animal Style Fries, which technically can be added to a burger too. It highlights the fries with In N Out’s signature Animal Style sauce, and chopped onions, then poured on top of the fries.

Fries Well Done
Just like steak – you can ask for fries well done. The wait is a bit longer, but if you like extra crispy fries, this is for you.

Light Fries
Some people like their food a bit undercooked, with light fries, they take it out of the fryer a tad early so you get almost done fries. Not the best rated secret menu item but it’s there!

Cheese Fries
Those that love cheese can ask for cheese to be smothered over your fries. It’s literally what it’s called. Cheese drizzled over fries.
