<p>Who doesn&#8217;t like Gummy bears and chocolate? This smoothie is a blend of a sweet tooth&#8217;s dream.  This drink is sweeter than the normal smoothies, so don&#8217;t say we didn&#8217;t warn you.  Imagine if you took a big bite of gummy bears and then chased it down with chocolate syrup, cause that&#8217;s what this feels like. </p>



<p>What&#8217;s inside you ask? There is a combination of the peach juice, soy milk, sherbet, mangoes, and chocolate.  If they stare at you and think you&#8217;re crazy when you order it, just show them this recipe. They know what it is. </p>

<p>An easy way to introduce color into your life is within the foods you eat. You can select colors to go with your palette or you can eat the fruits and vegetables for good health. Just be sure you have a balanced diet with all the different foods. You don&#8217;t want to have too much of one color and not enough of another. The colors of the food will draw us in and when we eat them, we get all the nutrients plus the healing of the color.</p>
<p>When you go to the store, look around at the produce and see what catches your eye at first. See what colors really attract you. Is it the Yellow bananas or the bright red apples? Is it the cold green celery or the deep purple of the eggplant that catches your eye? Choose your food wisely and eat wisely and in moderation to each color.</p>

<p><strong>For Orange Foods:</strong> Carrots, Pumpkins, Carrots, Yams, Rutabagas, Peaches, Oranges, Tangerines, Kumquats, and Papaya</p>
<p><strong>For Green Foods:</strong> Lettuce, Spinach, Beans, Kale, Cabbage, Celery, Peas, Lima Beans, Collard greens, Turnip Greens, Zucchini, Apples, Onions, and Broccoli</p>
<p>This was just a short list of foods you can choose from to get your daily allotment of color. Take this list to the store and cross off the ones you picked this week and next week, try others. Go down the whole list mixing and matching your colors. Let it be a fun thing to see how long it takes you to get through the entire list. Have your family join in too, and teach the kids while they are young to eat right and it will follow them into adulthood.</p>
